Thank you to those of you who spread the word and spoke directly to Mayor and Council with your concerns!

This issue demonstrates the importance of being engaged, given how fast essential public services can be taken away from those who need it most. Everyday, decisions are made at City Hall that impact peoples’ lives.

Now, the Transit Advisory Committee has been tasked with providing a report to Council on proposed changes to transit, with recommendations coming back to Council in May.

Now is the time to propose the transit system we want. Learn more about how such decisions are made and have your say: https://www.orillia.ca/en/city-hall/transitadvisorycommittee.aspx

Our work as a community continues.

Stay vigilant.
